In a farmhouse completely refurbished in 2013, come and discover this small gîte full of character. The quiet of the countryside without being isolated and 10 minutes from the beaches of Audierne Bay. You will appreciate its geographical location ideally located for your visits and walks, in the heart of the Bigouden country, Quimper 13 minutes away, 20 minutes from Douarnenez, Pont l'Abbé and La Torche. Hiking trails nearby (Pedestrians, Mountain Biking, Equestrian), several surf spots in Audierne Bay.

The house is located in a typical village of the Bigouden country where you will enjoy the quiet proximity of the points of interest of the region and the beach. You have private access and parking and an outdoor area without overlooking. The house consists of one floor (bathroom, sofa/bed, kitchen, sea view) and the ground floor (bedroom and space overlooking the outside). All surrounded by a large garden (allowing us to offer you seasonal products) and equipped with fiber optics.

Gîte Lesmahalon

The cottage is intended for 2 people on vacation wanting a quiet base in the countryside. Located in Mahalon, Brittany in southern Finistère, close to the cottage, Audierne, Douarnenez, Pont Croix, Cape Sizun and its beautiful hikes on coastal trail (GR34). Come and discover the beautiful landscapes of the bay, its beaches, natural, historical and legendary heritage. Cape Sizun is also about tasting local specialties. Minimum 2 nights. From October to March, minimum 3 night stays.

Quiet house with character, Loctudy – Lesconil

Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

Petite maison rénovée avec amour. Elle était avant un garage à bateau, mis à l’abri des tempêtes de l’hiver. D'où son nom Ar Bod ou l'abri en breton. Elle héberge maintenant des amis, des artistes et des voyageurs de passage. Sans vis à vis et à deux pas du littoral, c’est un cocon idéal pour profiter de quelques jours dans le Pays Bigouden et dormir sous les étoiles. Plus près de la mer ? impossible ! Par beau temps ou sous la tempête, peu de gîtes en Bretagne offre une telle proximité avec la mer et le large. Le Département du Finistère ne s'y est pas trompé : il a classé ce lieu en Espace Naturel Protégé. Cette maison divisée en deux gîtes, appartenait à mes arrières grand-parents : mon arrière grand-père, Le Youtar de son surnom avait commencé la pêche à l'époque ou l'on ne pouvait naviguer qu'à la voile ...

Looking for a quiet house, in a green setting not far from the sea. You're on the right listing ☺️ We will be happy to welcome you to our home, in a place called 3 dwellings, not far from local shops. The house is 70 m2, on one level, on a plot of 10,000 m2, access is private. The entrance is through the room (sofa bed), equipped kitchen open to the living room, bathroom with toilet and washing machine, one bedroom with 140 bed.

Old stable, close to the ocean

In a typical Bigouden farmhouse, we welcome you to the old stable, independent of the rest of the house. Renovated in 2014 in a spirit of simplicity and respect for the old, you will enjoy on the ground floor a living room with wood stove and equipped kitchen. The terrace overlooking the garden is partly covered. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140 bed and a bedroom with a 90 bed as well as the bathroom and toilet. The sea is 2 km away.

House located in a small village in the heart of Audierne Bay, halfway between Pointe du Raz and Pointe de la Torche, less than 5 minutes' drive to Penhors Beach with its surf school, supervised beach and restaurants facing the sea! You can enjoy the calm of the countryside for a walk while being lulled by the sound of the sea. The recently renovated house combines the charm of the old with a modern touch.

It is close to surf spots: La Torche, Pors Carn, Tronoën... Nearby, you can discover Quimper, Bénodet, Pointe du Raz, Crozon Peninsula, Les Glénans, Île de Sein, Concarneau...
