Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Bioclimatic and ecological habitat, our small wooden house is ready to welcome you and bring you rest and pleasure for the eyes. 35 square meters all in wood or almost clad and panelled with thuja and cypress wood from a local sawmill, it is insulated with cellulose wadding. Everything has been thought out and custom designed to create a small cozy and bright cocoon. The sea view from the terrace and balcony invites you to explore the bay of Audierne.

Cette maison divisée en deux gîtes, appartenait à mes arrières grand-parents : mon arrière grand-père, Le Youtar de son surnom avait commencé la pêche à l'époque ou l'on ne pouvait naviguer qu'à la voile ...

We offer you a 40 m2 apartment that we wanted to be welcoming and warm, with every comfort, by the sea. We hope that like us, you will enjoy the meals facing the estuary of the Pont l'Abbé River and the legendary sunsets. You can also enjoy the cale with its terraces and restaurants. For shellfish lovers, shore fishing is possible and an oyster farmer is nearby. Small market every Monday in season.
