Wooden house close to the sea

The house is located in a typical village of the Bigouden country where you will enjoy the quiet proximity of the points of interest of the region and the beach. You have private access and parking and an outdoor area without overlooking. The house consists of one floor (bathroom, sofa/bed, kitchen, sea view) and the ground floor (bedroom and space overlooking the outside). All surrounded by a large garden (allowing us to offer you seasonal products) and equipped with fiber optics.

It includes: 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, 1 laundry room (washing machine and dryer), and a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. Coffee and tea are provided.

The studio is located in one wing of our house and you have two entrances to get there. You have an outdoor dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 metres from the city centre and museum and close to the harbour.

Bioclimatic and ecological habitat, our small wooden house is ready to welcome you and bring you rest and pleasure for the eyes. 35 square meters all in wood or almost clad and panelled with thuja and cypress wood from a local sawmill, it is insulated with cellulose wadding. Everything has been thought out and custom designed to create a small cozy and bright cocoon. The sea view from the terrace and balcony invites you to explore the bay of Audierne.

This small house is close to the Monts d'Arrée hiking trails, and Lake Brennilis. Not far from the small towns of Huelgoat, Pleyben you will quickly access the coasts (Pentrez 40 minutes, Crozon 1 hour, Fouesnant country 1 hour). Bike enthusiasts will also find happiness here.

Guests can enjoy a 700 m2 enclosed garden that is not overlooked. My place is good for families. Children will have toys, books, a swing and a cabin. In the garage, you will find bicycles for the whole family at your disposal.
