On y trouve des petits commerces: Boulangerie, Boucherie, Poissonnerie, Pharmacie ainsi qu'une moyenne surface et un office de tourisme. La commune d' Audierne se trouve à 15 min en voiture. On y trouve un marché le samedi matin.

Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the Pont-Aven School of Painting. The studio is located in one wing of our house and you have two entrances to get there. You have an outdoor dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 metres from the city centre and museum and close to the harbour.

Bioclimatic and ecological habitat, our small wooden house is ready to welcome you and bring you rest and pleasure for the eyes. 35 square meters all in wood or almost clad and panelled with thuja and cypress wood from a local sawmill, it is insulated with cellulose wadding.
