Peaceful and well insulated house 2 steps from Lorient and Port-Louis. The entire 1st floor is reserved for Airbnb with 2 beautiful bedrooms with double bed, a large bathroom with shower and toilet, a 2nd toilet with hand washbasin, towels, herbal teas, fan available at no extra cost. Breakfast is included. I am 1 km from the shuttle boat to Lorient. Port-Louis is a 5-minute drive away with its beautiful beaches. I have a very nice dog and cat, I'll keep them away if you wish.

The magnificent Branféré animal and botanical park is 5 km away, the city of Vannes 25 minutes away, Rochefort-en-Terre 30 minutes away, La Roche-Bernard, Guérande, La Baule, Quiberon, Sarzeau... Old house located in the heart of this small authentic seaside village that smells of Brittany. Piriac is a small Breton village of character, with its fishing and pleasure port surrounded by beaches, coves, cliffs... Bars and restaurants nearby.

My place is close to the magical site of BROCELIANDE. It is great for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and all nature lovers in general. The setting is charming, quiet and very relaxing with its 5000m2 of landscaped garden, its remarkable trees. There is plenty of space to park with paved access that leads directly to the farmhouse. The sheep and our two dogs blend into this soothing and welcoming decor.
