Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

It’s an extremely bright and specious 4 star apartment for real hedonists. Everything is only few minutes away: beaches, centre, sport centre, ambulance, post office, bank, bars, restaurants etc. You can enjoy on our big terrace with a great view on the sea and old town or just cool yourselves, inside the apartment, using air conditions. Although, we do have WiFi, TV and satellite, don’t use it a lot, you can do that at home, rather spend time grilling some fishes on our, outside, barbecue.

Hillside villa with sea view and heated pool is an ideal summer vacation villa, located in a quiet part of Rogoznica, away from the center and the sea 1500 meters. Šibenik and Split are less than one hour away. Furthermore, there are Trogir and National Park Krka near by, so Jarebinjak is a great place to position yourself on a vacation.

Only 12m2 large studio inside a miniature house in our backyard. Studio is equipped with air conditioner, WiFi & Apple TV. Infront of the studio you have a private pavilion where you can enjoy your morning coffee or maybe an evening glass of wine. ;)
