The main fully equipped kitchen and dining/living area are located on the first floor with floor to ceiling glass door leading to the terrace. The staircase leads up to the second floor with two double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. Master bedroom with terrace offering amazing sea views is located on the top floor.

Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated old Dalmatian stone house, steps from the waterfront but hidden in a quiet courtyard. Few minutes walking distance from the ferry, just meters from the sea, our house offers the high quality and well organized space for up to 4 persons. Centrally located in the center of Vis, it is very close to great amenities like restaurants, waterfront, beach, bars and even the world's unique "Mvsevm" place. House is not suitable for kids and toddlers.

Sunny apartment above the sea

The apartment is located right by the sea in the beautiful sandy bay of Stončica, 7 km from the city of Vis. It is located in the shade of a pine forest in a very quiet and relaxing place, surrounded by nature. It has its own little bridge from which you can jump and refresh yourself in the crystal blue sea. The house can be reached on foot by a stone path, and the distance from the parking lot is about 500m. Before booking, please make sure the place meets your expectations.
