L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. Logement entièrement neuf, rénové par une agence d’architecture parisienne. Grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte, très lumineux et vue sur la vieille ville. A l étage, une chambre sous le toit avec velux électrique et une verrière de type atelier, et salle de bain. Les parties communes seront prochainement rénovées.

It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.
