Beautiful Studio in New Residence

La ville de Corté est la capitale historique et culturelle de la Corse. Sa citadelle abrite depuis 1997 le musée de la Corse, elle est également le siège de l'université de Corse. Corté est situé à 68 km de Bastia et 80 km d'Ajaccio, elle est implantée au confluent du Tavignano et de la Restonica à 450m d'altitude, au pied d'une citadelle perchée sur un piton rocheux et principale vue de la terrasse de l'appartement. Corté est aussi un point stratégique aux départs de nombreuses randonnées.

Très joli studio construit avec des matériaux de qualité écologiques. Ambiance très agréable, chauffé dans les saisons plus froid. Rolf et Regula, vous accueilleront de manière serviable et chaleureuse. C'est pourquoi ce lieu particulièrement calme et vivant est également adapté à des séjours prolongés pour se reposer ou comme fenêtre créative. Animé et pourtant sécurisé, il convient également aux personnes seules. Il est toutefois indispensabel d'avoir une voiture.

35 square meters apartment, completely refurbished but with natural products, lime/hemp walls, lime paint, old beams. The building is more than 200 years old and its thick walls keep cool. Sublime view of the valleys. Built on a mountainside, access is stairs-free from a very quiet residential pedestrian street (private door from the outside, limiting contact) but the windows, on the other hand, are on the 3rd floor on the valley side.

Poggio di Venaco is 2mn walk, Corte 12mn drive . Bookings are for 3 nights minimum. Please note because of our good size 2 dogs, the place is not felt suitable for small children. My place is close to Corte in the center of Corsica and highways, so you can easily reach the four corners of the island. The valleys of Restonica and Tavignano are less than 15 minutes away and you will find transparent and clear rivers, many hiking trails (Lakes Melu and Capitello...). Beautiful Vizzavona Forest is less than 30 minutes away, as well as the first beaches. You'll love the studio for its exceptional views.
