The property comprises an entrance hall with a cupboard, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a large living room divided into two sections.

Tour of the wineries with tasting, 200 metres from the cottage. A connection for an electric/hybrid car is available on request for a fee of €10 per day.

You will be staying close to the châteaux of the Loire, the Beauval Zoo, Étang du Puits, the vineyards of Sancerre, hiking, horse riding, and more.
