The villa is on two floors, connected by internal stairs. On the ground floor there is a living room with exit and pool view, kitchen with exit to a covered outdoor bbq ,a bathroom, and room an en suite bathroom On the second floor are 3 rooms, a gallery overlooking the sky and the bathroom. Outside there is a pool, a sunbathing area, a shower, a jacuzzi and trampoline. The house has 4 parking spaces, Split is 16km, airport 3km, Trogir 13km, beach very near,Bus, pharmacy, market, bakery 100m.

If you are looking for a peace, nature and running away from every day rush this brand new house from Dalmatian hinterland is a great choice. Road entering small village with just a few people living brings touch of enjoy. Morning birds chirping, heated swimming pool, outdoor and indoor place for absolute relax sounds like a nice invitation. House is mix of modern and historic design where also beautiful gardens of seedlings south of the property give a perfect picture of a pure nature.

Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊
