Historical seigniorial house, where we built our wine cellar and set up an singular life area, working on comfort without forgetting the spirit of the place. The spaceful living room, with a full equipped kitchen, is a welcoming and hushed place, out of time. This room is opened on a large balcony, faced to East. In the first floor are 3 cosy bedrooms, organized with double beds or twin beds, separated toilets and air conditioned. A bottle of wine of the domaine is offered for your welcoming.

Chalet “mazot” dans un écrin de verdure avec petit jardin privatif et terrasse. Situé au coeur du parc naturel du Haut Jura et de la région des lacs, à 820 M d’altitude, le chalet est un havre de paix. Le Lac d’Etival à 1,5KM, commerces à 9KM( Clairvaux les Lacs), pistes de ski de fond à 6KM, pistes ski de descente à 30 minutes en voiture. Nombreuses balades ou VTT à faire depuis le chalet. Autres activités sports nautiques, équitation, accrobranche,raquettes, luge tout dans un rayon de 15KM.

Ideally located to enjoy the activities of the region: hiking, swimming, biking, canoeing, paragliding, fishing, horseback riding, golf, etc. or winter activities: Nordic skiing, alpine skiing, snowshoeing, etc.

You will stay in an outbuilding of an old renovated farmhouse, with panoramic views of the Combe d'Ain: peace and quiet are guaranteed. No direct neighbors. The cottage is located a 5-minute drive from Lake Chalain and all its amenities. Located in the heart of the Jura, you will have easy access to the various sites to visit. The "La Grenouillère" cottage is a contemporary, wooden, single-family home, with all amenities, which is part of a quality landscaped setting, on the edge of a natural pond. A beautiful terrace overlooks the pond, populated by frogs, where dragonflies constantly flutter around the water plants and water hyacinths. There are no mosquitoes, frogs and pipistrelles take care of that!
