Fully equipped. The 91 m² apartment is bright and exterior, located on the beachfront with sea views. Please note that each additional traveler must pay an additional fee per person per night, which is added to the base price of the reservation. It is fully equipped with a washing machine, iron, unlimited Wi-Fi, hairdryer, and TV. The open-plan kitchen features a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer. La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates from the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate a maximum of six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The swimming pool is shared with our other property, Casa Catina (max 4 people).

It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard.
