Located in the south of the Champagne region, our Gîte les Gayettes welcomes groups of at least 10 people on our wine estate. Vineyards, gourmet cuisine and must-see attractions (the Forêt d'Orient lakes, Nigloland theme park, Essoyes and its painter RENOIR, etc.) are all on the agenda. You will love the cottage for its large living room, its fitted kitchen, its comfort and its table football. Cottage for a minimum of 10 people, not available for parties. Why not drop your bags with us during a champagne getaway! Our house with garden is nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar in a Champagne village crossed by the Seine, awarded 4 flowers. Amenities: butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle charging station, bread delivery 2 km (Gyé/Seine). Multisport field and children's games 300 m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir Museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland, lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linen included. Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the house.

Le Clos Sainte-Victoire

This beautifully renovated home combines exceptional charm with every modern comfort: swimming pool, jacuzzi, fireplace, and air conditioning. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, with outstanding amenities including a pinball machine, billiards table, foosball table, table tennis, a soccer field, electric bikes. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.

Pleasantly decorated, comfortable and well-equipped, you will enjoy the kitchen open to the large living room as well as the exteriors (garden, petanque court). Our cottage is close to the lakes of the Forêts d'Orient, the "Nigloland" amusement park etc...
