Small stone house of 35 m2 recently restored and very comfortable on a property of 1000m2. There are other holiday homes on this property but you are totally independent. Each cottage has its own entrance and private terrace. The beds are upstairs in the same room. The house is located 5' from the Seine, in the heart of the Champagne vineyard, 10' all shops, 30'from TROYES, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Orient, the amusement park Nigloland, 2h15 from Paris exit 22( via the A5)

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Orient, vineyards and factory shops. On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a tv lounge area. On the same level, you have one bedroom, one shower room and one toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. No pets allowed.
