Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

For garden lovers, we recommend visiting the Tulln Garden. Every year, many visitors flock to the numerous trade fairs in Tulln.

This comfortable apartment offers 40 m² of space for up to 4 people. The bedroom with double bed (160x200), the living room with sofa bed (160x200) and dining table as well as the bathroom with shower make this stay a perfect way to experience Vienna. The room also offers a fully equipped kitchen with sustainable coffee and tea facilities, AC, and a washing machine. Here you’ll have everything you need for maximum comfort and minimal stress.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Our newly renovated house, with a very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, modern bathroom and a large grill terrace awaits its guests. The house is located on the edge of Würmla, right next to a dirt road. In Würmla there is a coffee house with a pastry shop, the Gasthaus Burger with home cooking and a nice pub 'Ins Klane'
