Cosy winter garden, charming Biedermeier-room with kingsize bed, single bed and seating group. Bedroom (two doors) with double bed and bunk bed. Convenient kitchen with sofa, dining place, dishwasher, oven inclusive microwave. Bathroom includes toilet and shower.

This contemporary apartment with around 74 m² of living space will enhance your vacation. The property has been completely renovated and is located in a 3-party house, familiar and quiet. The apartment is on the ground floor. The rose city of Tulln has plenty to see. The Egon Schiele Museum is located right on the beautiful Donaulände. For garden lovers, we recommend visiting the Tulln Garden. Every year, many visitors flock to the numerous trade fairs in Tulln.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In our single-family house in a quiet location, we offer our attic apartment for rent. You enter the house through the rear entrance and reach the staircase, which is also used by us. You will reach the attic, where the apartment is located. Here you have your own area with kitchen and bathroom. There is a double bed as well as a pull-out couch for two more people.

Enjoy the tranquility in this spacious and inviting place to chill. Our newly renovated house, with a very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, modern bathroom and a large grill terrace awaits its guests. The house is located on the edge of Würmla, right next to a dirt road. In Würmla there is a coffee house with a pastry shop, the Gasthaus Burger with home cooking and a nice pub 'Ins Klane'

The apartment is located close to the famous old Viennese wine village of "Grinzing" and the surrounding hills, "Kahlenberg", "Cobenzl" and "Leopoldsberg". There is also easy access to the city centre in less than 20 minutes by tram.
