Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Skylights with lots of light from above (can be darkened) and unobstructed views of the sky. A location worth living in, probably unique in Vienna's 7th district!

Loft with 115m² und 30m² Terrasse near on of the biggest shopping-areas of Vienna, the Mariahhilfer Strasse, 2 min. from Underground Station of U3 and near the railway Station Westbahnhof. You will love the Penthouse because of the nice view over the roofs of Vienna and the spacious flat and luxury furnituire. This loft is good for Groups and Family (with children), but also couples. We welcome everyone from ervery, be only nice and not to noisy.

On the border between the 16th and 7th district, directly on the Thaliastrassen subway, the apartment offers the beautiful sides of both districts. The charming loft with balcony is in the center of Vienna, in a quiet area not far away from the Votive church and only 15 minutes walking from the cathedral of St. Stephen. To bus/tram and city bike station only 2 min walking, next metro station 5 min. You can use Netflix with your own account. The 50 m2 non-smoking loft is in an historical style house on the last floor. There is an elevator.
