Take it easy at this unique and cozy getaway. 200 year old house, restored in a traditional style complete with modern equipment. Fully air conditioned and with free WiFi and TV with Netflix channel. The first floor consists of a kitchen , dining room, living room and bathroom with washing machine. On the second floor there are two rooms with a double bed and a separate bathroom. The house has several terraces: a private one next to the house overlooking the city and the river and a spacious central terrace with a barbecue.

This beautiful apartment is located on the ground floor of Villa Matea. It consists of three rooms, two rooms have a double bed, and one room has two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining room is connected to the living room and offers access to the terrace. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool of 45 meters and a summer kitchen that can be used. Likewise, beach chairs and umbrellas are free to use. The entire property is fenced in with a fence.
