This beautiful, private 748 sq. ft. executive studio is the bottom level of a house with its own private balcony & entry. The studio has a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, table, induction plate & Keurig), full bath, living room, desk, & queen bed. There is a private pool on the property, onsite parking & access to Lake Adger marina a short drive away. Lake Lure is 10 min, Chimney Rock is 15 min, and TIEC is 15 min. Enjoy 14 miles of hiking trails from the house.

Located in a quiet neighborhood. Comes with access to large yard, pool during the summer, outdoor patio and grill. 15 mins from the Tryon Equestrian Center. Wineries within minutes. This is a rural area where wifi can be spotty. Great place to disconnect and enjoy life with your family. We live in a tiny home at the back end of the property behind the house. Think of us as respectful neighbors that try to stay out of your way. *Pool is open from May until beginning of Sept*

This cabin is an entertainers paradise! Tucked away atop a mountain, then down into a private valley setting in apple country, the "Cliffhanger" in the forest is a true gem! There is one Ring camera pointed up the driveway for safety purposes. Huge wrap around covered porch and large deck and pool to enjoy outdoors.

This adorable cottage has a queen bed, pull out queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, shower/tub, washer/dryer, private deck with grill and work space. Area has cycling, hiking, wineries, equestrian center, dining, shopping, art galleries, & movie theater. Historic downtown Tryon, Biltmore, Chimney Rock, Lake Lure & Carl Sandburg home TIEC home close by.
