A very nice stay at Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's. The accommodation is very well located: Quiet place and at the same time close to everything (Shops, Sea, countryside ...) The accommodation is well equipped and the terrace is very nice. Everything was perfect.

Pleasant stay. very nice house well arranged. close to shops and the beach. Everything you need in the house. The added bonus is the baby amenities. Olivier is very responsive. I would recommend the place for a vacation. We will surely book the place next time because we were unable to visit everything.

We had a very good week at the accommodation in Yvias. The courtyard makes it easy to park your vehicle. The garden is nice and was much appreciated by our dog. The listing was exactly as described and all the amenities mentioned were present. The host is responsive to messages and welcomed us very warmly. Sylvain's apartment is as described and super nice; well located in front of the beach, quiet, close to shops, bars and restaurants with private parking, in the small village of Binic. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. The bedding is excellent and the room is quiet. Sylvain is very friendly and our relationships were simplest and most practical. We had a very pleasant weekend in this cottage, the environment is soothing with the immediate proximity to the pond, the apartment is at least as beautiful as in the photos, bright and tastefully decorated. I would recommend it in a second.

Everything is compliant, from the description to the photos. Ideal for a duo stay, the space of clarity, calm and a large terrace that we enjoyed. Even without being motorized, many things to do are accessible (buses, coaches, TER) 5 minutes from the accommodation. We thank Olivier for his simple, warm and authentic welcome. Studio as advertised, everything is new, well decorated and very clean with all the amenities you need (towels, tea towels, sponge, dish soap, coffee, cleaning product). The heating is easily adjustable, the parking space is right in front of the front door, the terrace area is very nice and the bedding is very good. I think in terms of value for money it will be impossible to find better. We would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle and Pierre's apartment! They were more than adorable, even offering us to pick us up by car upon arrival. They answered our questions and were flexible on arrival and departure. The apartment was spotless, the location very peaceful. We took advantage of the surrounding area to ride a bike for 4 days. We recommend eyes a second thought!

Beautiful welcome from Jacqueline with beautiful touches. The apartment, superb and well equipped, is very well located, fast city center on foot with all the shops. We had a wonderful quiet stay with beautiful views. The terrace is nice for breakfast and aperitivo. I highly recommend this rental to visit the area.
