Welcome to the 'An Kay Ou' cottage, a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, in Pontaix, a small village in the Drôme biovalley! You will find a peaceful and family environment and many activities within walking distance: swimming, walks and hikes. You will be accommodated in a newly renovated 18th century house, in the heart of the village. The accommodation consists of a kitchen/dining/living room, bathroom/toilet, and a bedroom. It has access to a small, non-adjoining private terrace of 7 m2.

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Charming small Provençal farmhouse with private pool, very quiet in a hamlet in Drôme Provençale, 10 km from Grignan. Ideal site for walks, hikes, mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in summer, and in winter, possibility of skiing (alpine and cross-country and sledding) at the Col du Rousset ski resort. Equipped to accommodate children and babies (free equipment on request).

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
