The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

The house is bright and stays cool even in hot weather There is a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room - dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room and a bathroom.
