Allariz or Ribadavia are a 20-minute drive away, Ribeira Sacra is 45 minutes away; Vigo or Santiago are 1 hour away. It is distributed in a living room-kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom on the lower floor and a double bedroom with bathroom on the upper floor.

Outside the house has 3 garden areas on which we can find a pool and barbecue area with incredible views. Inside it has a master bedroom in the upper part from which you can see the sea.

Coenga Chapel

Old chapel restored as a home in one of the most emblematic estates for making Ribeiro wine. The first mentions of the Compostelana chapter property in the vicinity of Ribadavia date back to the end of the 12th century. The chapel dedicated to Santiago, along with the manor house, belonged to the Cabildo De Santiago, which personally exploited it due to its wealth in the production of the highly valued Ribeiro wine.
