My accommodation is in the city centre, surrounded by art, culture and restaurants. You'll love it for the atmosphere, neighborhood and outdoor spaces. Suitable for couples, singles and families (with kids). The area is very central and convenient to access services (supermarket, pharmacies, vaporetto stop, shops). Ideal to reach any museum and attraction: it is just 10 minutes from Rialto and 20 minutes from Piazza S. Marco. Easily accessible from the S. Lucia Railway Station. Lucia. Also convenient to get there from Marco Polo Airport.

My place is in a private courtyard, so close to Cordenons Square The bus stop that takes you to downtown Pordenone and at the fair is in front of the apartment. Finely renovated and equipped with every comfort. Internet and Netflix connection. Independent entrance. Located on one floor, there are no steps. Outdoor space for smoking. Reserved parking in the courtyard Minimum stay 2 nights. I personally take care of the cleanliness of the premises. I perform makeup/makeup for evenings and special occasions.

Apartment on the second floor in a typical 19th-century Venetian building. Very bright and located in the historic center with many shops and services, but away from the hustle and bustle. The entrance is shared with the apartment manager, but completely separate. Only the main entrance and the laundry area are shared. The kitchen is large, while in the main room there is a double bed and a small living room.

It has a beach spot with an umbrella and two sunbeds in an excellent location and private parking in front of the apartment included at no extra cost (for tourists the park would cost 18 euros/day and the umbrella with sunbeds this year would cost a fortune, if you can find them)
