Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Wonderfully situated in the heart of Exmoor

Stable Cottage at Yealscombe Farm is beautifully situated at the end of a no through road at the head of its own valley surrounded by fields and woodland. Great for large families and groups. Yealscombe is a 20 minute walk from Exford which is a pretty and unspoilt village with 2 good pubs. We are centrally located in the National Park and so make a great base from which to explore the miles of stunning walking. Only an hour from the fabulous North Devon beaches of Croyde and Saunton Sands.

The Snug is a cosy cottage ideal for a couple or friends looking for some time away. With a log burner and a bedroom with exposed beams offering views over Dunkery hill, you might never want to leave the house! Freshly renovated and located in the centre of the village of Timberscombe, The Snug is an ideal location for those who are planning on spending the majority of their time in the great outdoors. The Snug is stumbling distance (30m) away from good food at our local pub The Lion Inn.

Beautiful Shepherds Hut - Private Garden and Views

Set on a working farm, Shepherd's Rest is the perfect place to come and enjoy the glorious views and piece and quiet of Exmoor. With plenty of local attractions to visit. The Hut has an open plan living and sleeping area, a basic kitchen which includes a two ring gas hob a kettle , toaster and fridge , and a shower room with toilet. There is hot water which runs offa gas boiler . Outside there is a garden with a seating area and a fire pit . There is a parking area close by the Hut .

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Nestled on the edge of our family small holding on Exmoor with a herd of Red Devon cows, horses, chickens, sheep and dogs. Vegetables home grown and available through summer months, pick your own raspberries June/ July. With have breathtaking views, dark skies, endless walks and bike tracks right on the doorstep. If you want to relax, unwind and enjoy this area of outstanding beauty this is the place to be.

The Old Workshop. A Cosy Exmoor Bolthole.

The old workshop is less than a 10 minute walk from two pubs - one in each direction! There are amazing walks from the doorstep, a favourite being the walk to Lynmouth along the spectacular East Lyn river via the National Trust tearooms at Watersmeet. The perfect place to stop for coffee halfway! We had a lot of fun converting The Old Workshop into a warm, cosy space, using reclaimed wood and upcycling items such as old beer barrels and old pine furniture.
