The house is composed of a living room with fireplace and staircase that leads to the two bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen overlooking a small terrace and small garden sheltered from the wind, separate bathroom and toilet. Functional house and pleasant to live in.

Vous vous déplacerez à pied (ou en vélo mis à votre disposition) pour rejoindre la plage de "Port Meleu" (6 minutes à pied), les commerces (boulangeries, supérette, le mythique "Grand Bazar" et ses bonbons à l'unité), les restaurants, la bibliothèque, le cinéma, le club de tennis...

The lapping of the water in the goldfish pond contributes to the serenity of the garden. Beds are made upon arrival.
