Was same as described.

A comfortable place very close to the Bronwsville airport and also with easy access from the new bridge. Comfortable, very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. This is the third time I have stayed here and everything has been great!

Always love staying at the Sapphire. This particular unit had everything we wanted (well equipped kitchen, beach chairs and toys, extra towels for the pool, etc.) was fairly priced, and Amado was very quick to respond to all communication. Plan on staying here again.

We loved the condo, it was perfect for our girls' trip. It was nice and cozy.

We loved it!! The apartment is so pretty!!Thanks to the host for always being attentive, she answered any questions super quickly.

Great place for a refresh

We LOVED this place!! Literally out the back door to the beach. We were on the 3rd floor so no one above us. A side balcony view of the ocean and pool view out of the bedroom. Comfortable, clean, and an overall great location. Would definitely stay here again! The property management was easy to get ahold of and very quick to respond. At first glance, it appeared entry would be intimidating, but the instructions were so thorough, we had no trouble at all. I would say the only thing that wasn't as described was the carts to help us take our stuff upstairs were nowhere to be found. We finally saw one on the final day as we were leaving and had already taken most of our stuff down - BUT - there is an elevator so we just made multiple trips. I assume other people staying there just weren't very considerate about returning them. Thank you so much for a much needed vacation. Three days wasn't enough!

it was a perfect stay! super comfortable, clean, and practical. everything about it was a smooth process. every room was perfect. no complaints

The place was amazing, it was a great price to pay for the location and quality of the home. There were a few things I want to address, the back of the toilet in the master bedroom looked as if there was a bit of left over vomit dried on it, there was a left over dried coffee filter in the coffee pot, and then my family was accused of smoking marijuana and was threatened by the host and HOA that they were going to call the Border Patrol and Police on us although they didn’t even try to investigate or get any proof. Other than these few problems, the place was great and we had an amazing time overall!

Licia was an amazing host! She was extremely responsive and very helpful with all of my questions. I've stayed at the Sapphire before, but my family and I truly loved her place. It was extremely clean, had a fantastic view and was comfortable. I would highly recommend Licia and her condo for anyone looking to visit South Padre Island!

It was great half a block from the consulate, had wifi weather, hot water, drinking water,shampoo ,paper,microwave and mini-bag, clean sheets and towel the truth super well you can't ask for anything else

Javier was an excellent host. Would book with him again in a heartbeat. We trouble locating the condo at first but he was quick to reply. Very responsive and in a timely manner. I loved that the area always had someone checking wristbands and someone checking vehicles. As a parent that gave me relief. I highly recommend this place for any couple or family.

Correll and Constance were both super helpful throughout the course of my stay. From clear instructions/policies to quick response times, they provided a worry-free and incredibly professional experience that enhanced my spring break vacation.

Everything was exactly as described, they were always very nice and reachable. Looking forward to go back.

I would give 10 stars out of 5. Everyone was so responsive. We had a bit of travel issues getting there but it was sooooo worth the wait to step on the deck and hear the waves. So easy to check in and loves the safety of gated community privacy and no loud parties.

Absolutely loved the condo and location and fabulous surroundings and easy access to the pool and jacuzzi and less than one minute walk to the beach. Absolutely amazing and fabulous accommodations.

Loved the place and especially the little extras: Bluetooth speakers and wireless chargers, a welcome gift, bed he towels, and other amenities that made the stay fun. Both hosts were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Thanks!

Amazing location really close to everything

Loved our stay here. Sylvia & Rey sent multiple messages from warnings about possible traffic, to reminders upon check in & their favorite restaurants/spots. They had a wagon cart to use for luggage & the beach, as well as plenty of beach towels. Kitchen was very nice & Keurig a plus (we always travel with our own Kpods) vs traditional maker. This was our first time in a high rise condo (we normally stay in a house rental) & we loved the balcony. Great ocean side breeze, no mosquitoes reach you on 26th floor & we could enjoy the live music at Margaritaville. (But you can’t hear the music inside the condo for those worried about that.) My 16 y/o & his friend loved the game room at night for pool & foosball. We didn’t use the theater room but if we had a longer stay we would have. It was so cool! Had an issue with our key cards not working but that was the front desk not programming the right check out date. All in all we would definitely stay here again!
