The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Wonderfully appointed 2 BR 2 bath condominium located on the bottom floor of the Spa on Port Royal Sound in beautiful Hilton Head Island. The corner unit is next to the pool and a stone's throw from the beach. The complex is across the street from two of the oldest historic parks in Hilton Head. With the exception of the occasional person walking or jogging automobile traffic is almost nonexistent since the Spa is located on a side street.
