very nice accommodation located a stone's throw from a charming port. the place is peaceful and relaxing. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we even met Mr Dominique, neighbor of our rnb, with whom we very much enjoyed talking, a wonderful and great gentleman.

A great place! In particular, the location right on the sea with the large garden, where there are many beautiful places to discover and to linger. It's also a good base for exploring Cap Corse. It was beautiful to experience the sunrise in the morning. The cottage is conveniently furnished. We did some beautiful hikes (Cap Corse hiking map available at the SPAR in Macinaggio). We recommend the place.

We had a very nice time in Porticciolo – the house is tastefully decorated and especially the kitchen is excellently equipped, which made cooking really pleasant on vacation. We were particularly pleased with the nice gesture with the delicious honey and the bottle of wine – thank you for that! Unfortunately, the weather was rather mixed during our stay, so we had to spend a lot of time in the house, which was originally not planned at all. This made it a little tight for two adults and two kids. This was just bad luck – in better weather and in summer, if you can also fully use the wonderful terrace with sea view, the space is certainly completely sufficient. A real tip in the area is the boulangerie in Poggio/Luri – highly recommended! All in all a nice place to relax – we can recommend the place. The sound of the sea is better than any therapy!

Sara-Jane is a charming and likeable host. Dealing with her was straightforward and she was attentive. She provided us with fresh eggs, jam and cookies and a mosquito plug, as we had many mosquitoes due to rainfall. The apartment is for individualists who appreciate historical atmosphere. We used the fireplace every evening because it was cool at this time of year, despite the warming air conditioning. The place is secluded, only a few restaurants were open in the next town. (Off-season) In the village there was a hotel, we did not visit. For us, the accommodation would be well suited for 2-3 days in the future to explore the north of Corsica. It was a quiet stay with lots of relaxation, thank you dear Sara-Jane.
