We felt at home the moment we walked in. This condo has lovely comfortable furnishings, was immaculate, and had everything we needed. Chris was a great host and was great to communicate with. We will definitely return.

Deborah was very helpful and quick to respond. She had great suggestions on where and what to visit. The travel magazines she had on her TV stand were extremely helpful. The bed was very soft, which I love, so I slept really well. We loved the touch of having beach chairs available. The only downsides I can think of, are that the shower is very small, and it’s hard to back out of the parking space.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The train does go right behind the place at an intersection. The horn is very loud, which was hard for our toddler. Just something to consider if you’re traveling with infants/toddlers. Overall, would definitely recommend!

My family and I would like to thank Tyson for being a wonderful host. The place was absolutely spotless and comfortable. I would 1000% come back😊 We fell in love with Maine and this place was a plus. Definitely worth our money and very peaceful.

We stayed here for my wife’s birthday. It’s central to all activities and has amazing views of the ocean. Unit was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. Will stay here again!!

This is a lovely property! I opened the door, stepped inside briefly, and walked back to the car to tell my wife, “Wow, this place is fantastic!” Great location, plenty of light inside, and all the charm of a 150+ year old building. The heating was easy to manage, house-wide, plus the individual space heaters were a nice nighttime touch.

Julia’s place is very pleasant, comfortable clean and quiet, and we enjoyed our stay. She was very communicative and responsive to our questions. A couple of very small inconveniences: The small bedroom could use a bedside lamp; also, there were no coffee “pods” for the Keurig coffee maker, and there was no other coffee maker for our ground coffee.

Lovely trip to Portland to celebrate the new year. There was Tony Bennet on the stereo and a lit christmas tree when we entered. Such nice details that made us feel at home.

Did not realize how close it was to the Empire comedy club, our reason for going to Portland! We also walked to the local thrift store a minute away(if that), and the vintage store below. Tons of great restaurants and our toddler loved the bus stop! Did we leave a teddy bear behind?

This was a great place to stay at I would stay again the people who own it are very nice and accommodated all of our needs

Based on the condo alone, I would give James 10 stars! The amenities were as listed and there were many extras (linens, towels, toilet paper). Heat and AC in EACH bedroom and the living area. It was clean and the appliances/dishes/silverware looked brand new. It was in a great location within walking and driving distance to shopping and restaurants. There has been a negative review regarding the neighbors who also live in this 4 unit building. These neighbors are not excessively loud or doing anything beyond normal living. However, from the 2nd bedroom, you can hear them walking, talking, vacuuming, entering/leaving their condo. James has been proactive about this concern and has included a noise machine and large fan in this bedroom. I wanted to address this in my review to say that I was still able to get a great night’s sleep and the noise was not late in the night or early morning. My sister and I enjoyed our stay here very much!!

This unit had everything we needed to visit downtown Portland. It is just a short 5 minute ride from downtown. Our host quickly responded with clear communication. Check in and check out were very easy. Would definitely book this place again!

Great property, well cared for, and really enjoyed double bedrooms and double bathrooms. Not only are they dog friendly, but they are proactive about providing recommendations about having dogs on the beach. We didn't realize it would be possible to take him onto the beach (after or before 9-5), which blew our little dog's mind running around in the sand. And they provided sheets with a note in a cute little bag that asked us to cover either chair our dog might be lying around on, so the sheets could contain pet hair. Most other hosts wouldn't think of that, wouldn't word it as friendly/casually, and it would've been a REALLY SERIOUS warning. All around - professional, pleasant, customer-focused, with a sense of humor. Winning all around!

Marko was outstanding with responses and caring about our stay. The location is perfect.. walking distance to everything! And the VIEW was more beautiful than the photos!

Great Airbnb! We enjoyed our stay. Close to all the nearby towns. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and clean. Comfy bed. Kathleen is super friendly and helpful!

Great location and spacious one bedroom suite with hot tub! InnSeason Resorts is not in downtown Ogunquit but we walked there in about 20 minutes, which we didnt mind. Footbridge Beach is less than a 10 minute walk away. There are many restaurants, shops and markets close by mostly by car but also two restaurants right next to the resort! I didn’t expect such a spacious place. The bedroom is large with a king size bed and ensuite hot tub and sink (the bathroom has its own sink as well). The kitchen has everything one can possibly need with a one burner portable stove. Katy was super responsive and helpful. The staff at the resort are also wonderful and accommadating. I highly recommend this for couples and parents with one or two kids!

I booked this place because of reviews indicating the place was clean, spotless and I can confirm it was. It's right off of Highway 1, about 20-min walk from the town center. Thank you Denise for being a great host and for being very responsive and flexible.

The location was perfect and just as described. Just a 2 min walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and other sites. Charming condo and perfect for 2 people looking for a little time away from it all. Highly recommend this location

Daniele was very clear about rules, expectations and was very responsive to our questions when we had them. The place was actually bigger than it seemed in the pictures, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Kate & Kate’s place was fantastic. The location was perfect for both enjoying the beach and fall weather, and also doing some shopping nearby. There are restaurants very close by as well. It was very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the little things really stood out here- many towels, washer and dryer, all the things you need for your stay are provided and so appreciated. Excellent place to stay!!

Lovely cottage with EVERYTHING you need (e.g, kitchen & bath items are very well stocked with many options - condiments, coffee/tea, hair dryer, towels, health & beauty products - you name it!)! The location is close to lovely attractions and eateries. We visited Lobster Pt. Lighthouse and took a cliff walk - beautiful views! Ogunquit beach is also close by. Highly recommend Hobbs Harborside Restaurant - great seafood! Diane was a very accommodating and responsive host! It was the perfect location for our weekend getaway.
