Holiday House in Calblanque Natural Park

La casa está situada en el corazón del Parque Natural de Calblanque, en la población o paraje de Cobaticas con no mas de cuarenta casas. Las playas del parque están a unos 15 minutos andando y a 5 en coche o autobús de la casa. Aunque Cobaticas no dispone de ningún comercio ni servicio, el pueblo de los Belones se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche y Cabo de Palos y la Manga del Mar Menor a menos de 10 minutos. Cartagena esta a unos 30 minutos.

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
