Monthly Rentals in Porto Real

The apartment is excellent. It is well located: close to the Shopping Mall, downtown and restaurants of Resende. There are several digital locks, providing greater security and greater flexibility for check-in/check-out. The amenities were working perfectly, such as air conditioning (frostbite), Smart TV (picks up the canals), induction cooktop, kitchen utensils (plates, cutlery, glasses), WiFi, etc. One detail is that the window has several layers that drown out the noises of the street and inhibit the clarity of the outside. The bed is great, the atmosphere is very pleasant, the decor is good and very cozy. My stay had a little unforeseen (problems with the electric shower), BUT the host demonstrated an exceptional level of promptness, attention and care to resolve the crash. His posture made a total difference, showing a true commitment to the guest experience. I highly recommend it.

Communication with the host Marcelo was very good. He explained all about access and resolved all questions. The condominium has many things to do, as it says in its caption. Me and my family live very nice days. The only thing that was a bad experience was the upstairs neighbors made sure that every night sound, sing and stomp as if they were always marching from about midnight. But this is beyond the control of the AP owner.

It was a great weekend, I don't have to complain only to thank Rosane,super attentive, wonderful place we'll be back for sure !

The apartment is top! The view is beautiful, very complete, kitchen, room, etc... The host, very much request, I only have compliments.
