Each apartment has a washing machine and air conditioning. There is also the possibility of only renting one room inside the villa that also has a separate entrance and personal bathroom. Vista Azzurra Apartment no. 2

The apartment is located at the top of a hill, not far from the center and the normal amenities (5 minutes from the Civitanova Marche toll booth). This location allows on one side a classic situation of country accommodations, such as calm and tranquility, but on the other hand, you are not totally isolated. In fact, we are in the middle of the road that connects two villages a few hundred meters away. The height also gives the guest a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape.
