The house is in a great beachfront location. The two bicycles available, new and working, were very useful. Each room is equipped with TV and air conditioning. Filippo was available to get us a missing hair dryer in a timely manner. The apartment is new and clean and clean. Beautiful terrace, well-maintained and well furnished.

Federica's place is in a great location to reach the beaches that are a ten-minute walk away. The house is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. The house is equipped with all the necessary appliances and the linens provided were even packed and a laundry arrow. The outdoor space allowed us to spend pleasant evenings. The host paris, an exquisite and affable person, made my parents feel the owners. A fabulous welcome with an aperitif Entrée. The absolute plus found for the apartment was its location. A stone's throw from the beach, with a supermarket within walking distance. Terrace overlooking the sea, where you can eat and relax. A few minutes' walk takes you to the main street of Porto Recanati. Unless you want to go hiking, you can forget about the car. Noemi is a ready, kind, generous host with advice and always available: you can see her experience in terms of hospitality. For me, a "superhost"! The house is fully "furnished": I found everything you need to spend a peaceful vacation. A very positive experience!

The apartment is located in the promenade, on the pedestrian and bike path, in front of the beach. Perfect for walks and bike rides. A stone's throw from restaurants and close to downtown. It is equipped with everything, cleaning products, bicycles (2 adults and 1 child), umbrella with beach chairs. Communicating with Sabine is simple, and then for check-in there is Michela, her assistant, a very nice and kind girl, who was very helpful on the spot. I highly recommend Sabine's apartment for a stay in Cupramaritima. Feels like home.

The house is easy to find. Mrs. Cristina always answered all our questions promptly. The house is a few steps from the sea, it has an internal courtyard where you can park the car closed with a gate, although close to a campsite is a quiet dock. A nice spacious bathroom, even the other very comfortable rooms, a beautiful surprise was a small vacuum to store both empty suitcases and for the waste to be separated. You can reach it comfortably with the elevator, but it is not close to bothering the noise. Personally, living near a train I did not find the passage of trains so intrusive, which in any case there are not many, especially at night there is no passage. I highly recommend it

My friend and I stayed at Simona's apartment. It was a perfect stay, everything close to the beach in the center with many shops , the house is large and with all the comforts Simona is an exceptional host always available and friendly. Highly recommended!!!

The appartment of Orietta is perfect located just acroos the street to the beach. It is very clean and you have a great view from the balcony to the sea and over Grotammare. For family with kids we can fully recommend Oriettas appartment.

The house exceeded expectations. It was in a stunning location just up in the hills above Civitanova Marche but only a ten minute walk to the beach. It was quiet and serene. The pool is stunning and so clean (it was also regularly cleaned whilst we were there). Even though some of Sara’s family live on site, it was like we had the place to ourselves. We barely saw them at all - they were so discreet. The bedrooms were light and spacious. The aircon worked really well. There is space for two cars on site which was very useful. There is a lovely living area with a huge TV. Sara is very responsive to messages and even sent us a helpful guide of local restaurants and sights which was really kind. We would be very happy to stay there again and already wish we were back!

The apartment is really very nice and exceptional with the private pool. The location is super central right in the old town surrounded by many restaurants. Communication with Chiara was friendly and straightforward, we would book here again directly.

The accommodation is exactly as described and as pictured, clean, equipped with everything you need, with parking immediately in front and a beautiful private garden. The beach, pool and restaurant bar are very close and the whole village is very well cared for. Highly recommended!

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Lovely stay. The hosts were very helpful. Made recommendations for trips and responded very quickly. The place was older date, but fine working. Lovely air conditioning. Lovely large pool with sun beds. Nice view of the water. And short walk to beach and town. The parking stall is very small.

Fifteen day vacation spent in the best way, very friendly maximum, very bright and clean apartment with sea view. Everything as advertised in the listing. Parking under the house and the sea just a stone's throw. To return to.

We are very positively surprised it was just everything super the kitchen, living room just everything was clean and you didn't need anything else the price was also good and the sea was very close and again a lot of praise to the owners. Maybe we'll come again 😉

We stayed at Valentina's apartment for 4 nights; the space is very suitable for two people who want to unplug their heads and enjoy the sea in peace. The sea is very close (both free beach and bathing establishment) and within walking distance. Convenient location of the town of Ponte Nina, which is halfway between two countries provided with the necessary services. The host Valentina, super helpful and welcoming; during the stay unfortunately we experienced an emergency (not related to the accommodation) and Valentina immediately mobilized to resolve the issue. One of those places where we leave our hearts. We hope to be back!

It was a very pleasant and cool 5-day stay despite the hot days at the end of August, a clean apartment complete with everything you need, in a quiet place with a parking space, for those who like to walk the friar beach can be reached on foot with about 20 minutes, and the supermarket is 15 minutes away. We loved it and recommend it.

Very nice and new house, you can get to the sea and good restaurants very quickly. The nearby railroad tracks were still disturbing at night, but we really liked it.
