Holiday rentals with beach access in Porto Sant'Elpidio

The place was great, even during the off-season. Good location, amplr room, good appliances. During the off-season, make sure to make reservations for restaurants since some are closed and the popular restaurants fill up.

Practically new apartment equipped with all the comforts, right on the beach with spectacular sunrises. In the kitchen some necessary things were missing such as oil and salt; We managed, but I'm sure if I had asked, they would have provided them. I would recommend it

We spent 13 nights in this apartment, which looks exactly as pictured. The location is extremely quiet and within walking distance of the sea. The neighborhood is very kind and friendly. The apartment provides clean linens and everything you need to cook, the strong point is the living balcony that is shaded and well ventilated both for breakfast and lunch, in the evening it faces the sunset but equipped with an umbrella so livable, with a sink where you can rinse the costumes, we also had quick baths after the beach to our child:) Nearby there are bars and restaurants, we have rented bikes that you can safely leave ties in front of the entrance of the building so you can enjoy the beautiful bike path every day and easily reach the center of Tortoreto, Alba or Giulianova! we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a great week. The apartment is spacious,clean, tidy,nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very comfortable for both the beach and the surroundings,the area is wonderful and worth a visit. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. We rented a large ground floor apartment from Serafina in Senigallia, in a house that stands on a hill. The hill extends into the city. From the garden of the house you can see the Adriatic Sea 3 km away. If you leave the house in the opposite direction, you come directly into the beautiful hilly landscape of the Marche. There you can take small hikes. We were here for the second time and immediately felt at home. This is thanks to Serafina and her husband Francesco, their warmth and hospitality. We will be happy to come back to Senigallia, because Senigallia is a beautiful, modern city connected to its historical heritage, beach life and art.

Very nice and new house, you can get to the sea and good restaurants very quickly. The nearby railroad tracks were still disturbing at night, but we really liked it. Beautiful kitchen and everything very clean. Aldo also helped us a lot and provided us with important information and tips😊. It was a lovely stay

Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

Very good place, I can't think of anything negative. Everything worked well and the apartment had everything. The location in the city is very good, and it is easy to get to the waterfront or train station. Dino was very nice and helpful.

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

Great experience, Martina was a very kind host, always available for any request. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, very clean and well organized. The sea, beautiful, easily reached with a 6/7 minute walk. Nearby there is everything you need, supermarkets, tobacco, pharmacies, and bars. Also close to the village of Grottammare Alta, with a view of the crazy sea. Conveniently reachable by scooters, bicycles or walking, along the very long cycle-pedestrian cycle, also the beautiful San Benedetto del Tronto, with many bars and restaurants. It was really a nice stay, thanks again to Martina and the kind Ivana, who made us feel at home right away!

Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. About the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.
