This beautiful Attic is located in Castelsardo, a medieval village overlooking the Gulf of Asinara. It is about 300 m from the main beach. The small town of Castelsardo is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and is set on a rock overlooking the sea. It was built in such strategically high position as a defence from possible attacks from the sea. Castelsardo is an extraordinary example of Medieval town, which developed around the castle, with the old town walls still intact. We have opened our home not only to introduce you to Sardinia for its seas, coasts, scents and colors of the Mediterranean, but also to be able to discover the history, traditions and the cuisine of Northern Sardinia. The comfortable attic is decorated with fine sardinian furnitures crafted by famous local artisans, private bathroom, 2 double rooms, air conditioning, fridge, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Lavazza espresso machine, free unlimited wifi connection, Internet TV (Free Netflix), barbeque, sonic shower, huge balcony with both Castle and ocean view. Towels, linen, small bed, high chairs for kids and many other things are also available for free. All the comforts needed for a top vacation have been considered. This Attic accommodates up to 4 people. The room without kitchen has a separate entrance and is situated in the heart of the historical center, surrounded by many shops, bars and typical restaurants. In few minutes you can walk to both the beach and the rocks. Within walking distance there are the bus stops for various destinations (airport, beaches, other tourist destinations). You will appreciate the privacy, the location, the comforts, the cleaning. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lonely adventurers, business travelers.

La casa gode di una vista spettacolare sui Bastioni e sul golfo di Capocaccia. Situato al 3 piano l'appartamento è luminosissimo, dotato di ogni comfort, con un soggiorno/camera da pranzo con balcone che si affaccia sul mare e uno spazioso un angolo cottura con ripostiglio. Nella zona notte una grande stanza da letto con spaziosi armadi, secondo balconcino e bagno interno che guardano il centro storico. Secondo bagno completo di doccia esterno alla camera.
