Nonna Teresita's Lake House

Una piccola strada dove le auto passano appena, una corte storica nell'angolo più tranquillo del paese. Al secondo piano si trova la casa di nonna Teresita, che ha visto crescere molte generazioni: in ogni stanza risuona l'eco di vite vissute, in ogni oggetto un affetto e un ricordo. Le stanze spaziose e piene di luce e il terrazzo affacciato sul lago suggeriscono un ritmo di vita calmo e rilassato. La casa della nonna è grande ed ospita comodamente cinque persone. The location is in a separate wing of an old rural house (recently restored ) located in a characteristic ancient hamlet on the Lake Maggiore It is composed of a living, an old-style comfortable kitchen , two bedrooms and a bathroom, ideal for a 4-5 people family. The living room faces a little garden in a courtyard where it is good to relax and picnic. The place is at a few hundred meters from Caldé a most renowned location called the "Portofino of Lake Maggiore"

We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.
