La mia struttura si trova immersa nel verde a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Portoferraio e a 100 metri dalle spiagge di ghiaia bianca della Padulella e Capobianco. Gli appartamenti si raggiungono dal porto in soli due minuti con la macchina. Si trovano in una proprietà privata, chiusa da cancelli con accesso privato alla spiaggia della Padulella, fornita di sdraio, ombrelloni e servizio di bar-ristorante. L'accesso alla spiaggia avviene tramite cancello privato, e per questo ogni cliente avrà la rispettiva chiave.
