10000mq garden, very close (less than 60m) from two amazing beaches called Padulella and Capobianco and from a restaurant on the beach. On Padulella there is also a private access and a shelter for seaside stuffs. Panoramic terrace with sea view and balcony; table tennis;private parking. In the range of 1 km there is the town center of Portoferraio with bars and restsursnt.Portoferraio is the biggest town of the island. We prefere rent for 7 nights(whole week) to families or couple over 25.

It comfortably sleeps 14 people in seven tastefully furnished double rooms. The Villa is on a hill in a secluded location about 1.9km from the village of Porto Azzurro.

The villa is located in Capo d 'Arco, a vast private area 5 km from Porto Azzurro and 10 km from Rio Marina and is accessible only with permission. Bright and overlooking the cliff, with a 180° sea view, the villa allows you to live outside, thanks to the large terrace with living area, 2 dining areas (one on the patio and one on the terrace overlooking the sea), and the magnificent private pool overlooking the bay. Ideal for a nature holiday in a quiet atmosphere.

Villa Meridiana giardino is located on the outskirts in the countryside and offers a fantastic view of the Gulf of Sant’Andrea. The house can be reached via a dirt road about 50 meters from the main road, guaranteeing the quiet and seclusion of the house. In about 5 minutes on foot you can reach the sea and the beach via another path that winds through the ancient wine terraces. The house is divided into two completely independent apartments on different levels.
