Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). The renovation and furnishing were completed in August 2021 and focused on pleasantness, comfort, ease of use, energy saving and environmental sustainability

My apartment is in the historic center completely renovated, very close to an equipped beach and the most beautiful square in the city. 50m away, the course offers a wide selection of typical restaurants and places to spend after dinner. A few minutes from the train station and the supermarket. Theapartment is located in the ZTL, but there is free parking at 150 meters and we also offer the free possibility of a permit for access and parking in ztl for the time of the stay.

The house, completely renovated in 2025, consists of a living room with a full kitchen and sofa bed, the two bedrooms with large ceiling fans, have double beds, the bathroom complete with services, has a comfortable shower with glass. Charming apartment in the historic center of Portoferraio renovated in the spring of 2021. It is convenient for those who intend to arrive on the island without a car: the port and some beaches are a few minutes away by foot. Nearby are bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds.
