The house, completely renovated in 2025, consists of a living room with a full kitchen and sofa bed, the two bedrooms with large ceiling fans, have double beds, the bathroom complete with services, has a comfortable shower with glass. The outdoor patio has a bioclimatic pergola furnished with a table and chairs/deckchairs Naregno beach, about 250 metres away, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Ideal for spending days at the beach without having to use the car.

The Lantern House

Charming apartment in the historic center of Portoferraio renovated in the spring of 2021. It is convenient for those who intend to arrive on the island without a car: the port and some beaches are a few minutes away by foot. Nearby are bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds. Less than 30 meters away is the bus stop to reach the "white" beaches of Portoferraio (Ghiaie, Capobianco and Padulella) or Biodola and Bagnaia for free. Discounts for ferries on request

The apartment is in one of the most beautiful natural areas of the municipality of Portoferraio, above Sansone Beach.

The Tower Above the Sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

Relax in Porto Azzurro - Nice studio

Big studio in Porto Azzurro, very close to the village center and to the beaches (10 minutes on foot). It's perfect for a couple or for a family with children. There are two sofa beds and a small outside with a table with chairs, a barbeque and an area for children. You'll also have a private parking area for a car. Very close to the studio, 5/10 minutes on foot, there a pharmacy, an ATM, and a couple of supermarkets

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
