Hello and bonjour, My name is Nicola and I'm Scottish but love the fantastic countyside here in beautiful Burgundy. Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. Lots of interestings places to visit,wine to drink, markets, restaurants, castles, nature. Beaune 25 minutes, Dijon 40. Local market in summer in Pouilly en Auxois on a Friday. A bientot, Nicola :)

Proximity to the beautiful town of Semur En Auxois and wonderful famous sites (Parc d 'Alésia, Vezelay...) Golfs de Pré Lamy and Chailly Castle.

Away from the hustle and bustle of cities. 15 minutes from the A6. Independent and fully equipped. This 33m2 studio welcomes you, in a charming, unique, quiet and refreshing setting. It has a kitchenette, bathroom, living room and mezzanine bedroom. At your disposal, all the necessary equipment. You can spend evenings , enjoying nature, in a large garden. There are also plenty of places to visit in the area where nice walks.

The House opposite: a cozy guesthouse

My house is the ideal place to rest and to enjoy historical Burgundy . Nested in a green and peaceful countryside, this independent guest house has a bedroom, a bathroom, a large kitchen downstairs and a second bedroom and a playroom upstairs. The kitchen being very large, I put 2 armchairs so you can enjoy the fire or watch TV. My house is perfect as well if you are on a professional trip in the area.

Secluded cottage on a river below a medieval town

La Cache is a charming cottage nestling below the cliffs and towers of the exquisite medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois. Sitting alongside the Armancon River, you can sit, unseen by passers by, on the balcony with a glass of wine, watching the ducks and listening to the gentle sounds of water, with waterlilies floating below you.

Green cocoon for a romantic getaway

In a village located on the Burgundy Canal and surrounded by a magnificent landscape, this pretty little bright house overlooks an enclosed green space, seen from a huge bay window. In this former carpenter's workshop, Cécile's paintings and sculptures are on display. An original place, restored with taste and sympathy.
