Monthly Rentals in Posidonio

Everything worked out great and we had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed it. Great location and quiet surroundings. The pool was excellent. The house is decorated with a lot of love and the kitchen is well equipped. The walk to the city is 20 minutes. Many thanks to Clarissa and Emin, they were always available. It was very nice, we felt at home.

George is a great host. Both the place and the house were amazing. It is a seaside house offering privacy in different rooms. The garden was a useful gathering space. The nights were quiet and with full of the sounds of the waves.

I would rate Efcharis 11 out of 10! He is very kind and helpful. Little gift and hand guide prepared by him is so lovely. Place is also so tidy and peaceful, smells very good at arrival. I definitely recommend it.

I can only confirm what I wrote 2 years ago about Themos house: simply perfect place to spend your holiday in Samos. Themos and his family are always so kind and there’s nothing better than wake up with this wonderful view in this amazing house. We sincerly hope to be Themos guests for our third time soon.
