We were in a bind with a previous booked air bnb and needed a new house. They were super fast at responding and had the house ready for us in an hour. Amazing property and wonderful hosts! Can’t wait to book again!

We loved our stay and had an amazing trip. Christina was very kind and communicative throughout our stay giving us updates on the river. There is plenty of things to do in the city while offering the perfect amount of privacy. We felt that we really got the vacation we needed in this location.

This was an awesome spot for our crew. We had plenty of space for everyone and had everything we needed. We’d stay here again!

We had an incredible stay at Melissa's beautiful home this past weekend! We were in town for a cookoff and needed a place to prep, sleep, and relax, and this home was absolutely perfect. The house itself is stunning, and the outdoor amenities were amazing. Starting the day with a cup of coffee while looking out over the lake was such a peaceful and energizing way to begin our mornings. The spacious kitchen was a game-changer for our meal prep for the competition, and the ocean-themed decor throughout the home added a charming and relaxing touch. The bedrooms were comfortable and provided us with the restful sleep we needed for our busy weekend. Melissa was a fantastic host, and her attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to returning next year! Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.

Had a great time here. Was a perfect home and location for my husbands 40th surprise birthday party. Jessica thought of every small detail in making our stay as comfortable as possible. We really appreciated the fully stocked coffee bar. Home was very unique and beautiful. We had a lot of kids stay and it was great for our older kids ages 12+ but if you are staying with toddlers might want to reconsider because of the hanging staircase and steep stairs to the game room. This home is for a stay with older kids for sure. I wouldn’t change the hanging staircase as it’s very beautiful and unique just keep that in mind when booking. The property was gorgeous we spent a lot of time out on the water. My daughter caught a huge bass right away on lake access in the backyard. Game room had every game you could think of. Not a moment of boredom staying here it was truly a wonderful stay highly recommend this place.

Sherry’s place was very cozy and well-maintained. It was more than enough space for the 5 of us for our girls’ weekend and had everything we needed for cooking, comfort, and relaxation. The outside sitting area was right on the water and a nice place to sip coffee in the morning, and the kitchen table was perfect for us to play games and eat in the evening. Downtown Granbury was fun to explore and there happened to be some kind of festival going on. Finally, Sherry was so responsive to all of our messages and all instructions for check in/out were clear. I’d highly recommend her place and would definitely stay again!

Mara was extremely accommodating and helpful during our stay! Unfortunately our trip was cut short due to work but Mara helped us through it and we will be booking again if we come back to the area!!

Our long term stay at this lovely Airbnb was nothing short of delightful! The drive to the property set the perfect tone, winding past fields dotted with cows, goats, deer, turkeys, and even some longhorn—a charming glimpse of Texas countryside. While the home is just a short drive from all the attractions and charm that Granbury has to offer, its location within a private gated property made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The home itself is simple yet thoughtfully maintained, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The calm and serene atmosphere was perfect for unwinding, and the owners, who live nearby, were wonderfully attentive. Their kindness and care added a personal touch that made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a spot that’s close to town but feels like a hidden getaway, this is the perfect place. I would highly recommend it and hope to stay again in the future!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! The home was spotless, warm, and incredibly inviting from the moment I walked in. I was greeted with a thoughtful basket of snacks, which was such a nice touch. The views of the lake were absolutely perfect—peaceful and picturesque. It was the ideal getaway and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat.

So this is a nice place to relax. The views of the sunset are great. The place itself is nice, a lot like my cabin in South Dakota, so for us it was great. It’s not fancy but less fancy has its benefits. It is nice, however. The road in is pure Texas back country and will freak you out the 1st time, but not in a bad way, in a pioneer explorer kinda way. If you have kids they’d love it. We anchored our boat right out front for a few days but it’s shallow so if you have a deep-v type boat you might have to wade through a couple feet of water. But owning a boat you do that anyway if you’re living at all. So that was really nice although it makes it convenient to be more busy than you had planned, every vacationers curse. The kitchen amenities were fine, the bathroom was fine, it was all and all a nice place to stay. We were there for a week and kinda sad to leave the place. You will not have data on your devices and you’ll be surprised how much you like it. I have sprint and could text and call, which was a shame. My daughter has another provider and had no service at all, which was nice. The town of Graham is close, maybe 15ish miles, and it has everything, Walmart, many restaurants, all kinds of stuff, so it’s not like you’re a hundred miles from society if you want it, which you won’t. I’d recommend the place. The host Heidi is a great communicator but on the other hand, when you’re a guy like me that doesn’t want to communicate, she’s good at that, too, which was one of the nice parts Heidi probably didn’t even know she was doing, but I appreciated it, just being able to be and not be disturbed. Clean up after yourself, it’s a little home and not like a hotel that you trash and run. This was my 1st bnb type deal and I dug it a lot. No more expensive than a hotel, but a lot more like home.

This is our second year in a row going to Jan’s house. It’s an awesome space with plenty of room on the dock and the ability to moor your boat. She was very responsive and always friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back again.

Mara and Jerry were FANTASTIC hosts! I meet them in person and they could not have been more friendly. Their house is even better than the photos. It has been completely redone inside and was even better than expected! If you are able to book this place in the warmer weather and enjoy the lake and outside, DO IT! I will be rebooking their lake house again! Thank you Mara and Jerry

We had a quiet, enjoyable time at The Little Red Cabin at Ponderosa Bay, Lori's place. We had everything we thought we needed and wanted - and then some. We enjoyed having breakfast on the porch overlooking the lake. All in all, we are glad we stayed there. We were in Graham to attend a family wedding. Other guests stayed in downtown Graham in nice places but we thought ours, on the lake, was the best.

The house was just as aspected! The back patio is a great place to spend the evening and the fishing is great off the dock at night. It’s located just a short drive or boat ride to the hungry fox and possum hollow. It’s off Broadway so you don’t have to worry about to rough of waves even on the windiest days. We will definitely be back! The host was proactive and made checking in and out easy!

What an amazing place to stay! We stayed over Thanksgiving and it was close enough to Ft. Worth to visit friends and Granbury where we had some work to do the next couple of days. Super peaceful and comfortable! Wish we had more time to be able to explore the ranch! The shower was fantastic and I was determined to use the hot tub even though it was cold outside! Really unique experience staying in a safari tent. I highly recommend it!

What a magical place! It was such a nice stay. It’s very remote and a great place to check out! Our kids had so much fun, there was a fire pit, a great out door play area, archery, a beautiful river out back, a stock pond pool and the house is so nice and homey. The host was so kind and very great at responding quickly. We cannot wait to go back!

This place was exactly what we wanted and needed! We needed a place close to Rocker B and loved that it was right on the lake. Definitely recommend!

Majestic. If peace you seek peace, you will find. Nestled in an enclave, the cabin is perfectly positioned to keep you cool while the sun passes. While sitting on the main veranda, you can enjoy the sounds of nature while watching your children enjoy the lake via fishing, swimming, or kayaking. The cabin is stocked with everything you could ever need. My only regret. I had to leave.

Perfect peaceful getaway for my husbands birthday with some friends. The place is 9 minutes from the downtown district and they have lots of cute shopping and local food place! The grocery store is only 15 minutes away so it was truly a home away from home.
