Welcome to Villa Germaine, house with direct views of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I renovated with the aim of welcoming you for a Burgundian getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be happy to make you spend a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backdrops in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city centre of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.

As a couple, with friends, family or on the move, our cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. On one level, it has been completely renovated in the middle of a large enclosed garden in a small Burgundian village near Champagne. The garden allows you to park at least three cars easily and safely. Our cottage will give you a change of scenery and offer you moments of calm and rest.
