Το σπίτι μας χτίστηκε το 1890 και ανακαινίστηκε ολιστικά το 2025 από τον πατέρα μου, μεταμορφωθηκε σε ένα χώρο που συνδυάζει την ζεστασιά της παράδοσης με τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Η Villa Theodora luxury βρίσκεται σε αποσταση 30 μετρα απο τα καταγαλανα νερα της Χρυσης Ακτης.Την απεραντη θεα της θαλασσας μπορειτε να θαυμασετε απο την βεραντα του διαμερισματος ενω απο την δευτερη βεραντα μπορειτε να απολαυσετε την δροσια και την θεα του βουνου. Κοντα σας θα βρειτε σουπερ μαρκετ και ταβερνες για να απολαυσετε τα παραδοσιακα φαγητα του νησιου. SeaShell Apartment

SeaShell is a 75m`2 apartment at village Skala Maries on Thasos Island. Is in the centre of the village and 50-70m from the main beach. Also nearby at same distance there are SuperMarket, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Caffes. Parking space is for one car at house main entrance. There are 2 more beaches very close (150m -200m) accessible by foot. Both of our two balconies have Sea and Sunset view. This apartment is not available for parties. We available 24h/d for every info or serve you want.
