Independent entrance through an airlock leading to the bedroom with a bed (160 x 200 cm), shower and toilet. Bay window opening onto a terrace with private jacuzzi (heated and usable all year round) and a corner with outdoor table. Pool accessible but to share with us. Close to the garrigue and the Baume River.
