House located on our 6000 m2 property on the heights of Trets. We live on the property, but the terrace and part of the garden are private and have no overlooking neighbours. Very peaceful setting, surrounded by greenery. In the garden, shared access with a second house: sports and play areas (petanque, basketball, football, zip line, trampoline, swing, play castle, CrossFit). Fiber connection. Access to the swimming pool by reservation (€50/half day: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm or 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm). STRICTLY FORBIDDEN PARTIES

Ici, tout respire la tranquillité. Cette maison de 2014 est dédiée aux vacances, avec terrasse face aux vignes, accès indépendant, jardin privatif et petit jardin secret à l’abri des regards. Un jacuzzi chaud ou froid est disponible sur place, selon vos envies. Nous vivons à proximité, en toute discrétion. Les animaux sont les bienvenus. Nos deux jeunes chiens, sociables et affectueux, sont gardés à l’écart. Merci de vous abstenir si votre chien est agressif ou peu sociable.
