The Orange House of Mamanguá is that special place that we never forget. A cozy and comfortable house with a stunning view by the ocean immersed in the only tropical fjord of the world! Here time passes more slowly & things take on a new meaning. IMPORTANT: Access only boat, there is no market or mobile signal & power outages/wifi can happen. We provide kayaks to explore this paradise! The kitchen is equipped, the living room is large & integrated to an external deck. Rooms are small & cozy.

Ocean view in Cajaíba

Our house is a quiet corner, protected by the forest, overlooking the sea, on top of the mountain between the beaches of Itanema and Calhaus, in Cajaíba. Simple and comfortable, it has a well-equipped kitchen, a large balcony and two bedrooms with queen-size beds and great mattresses. From Paraty-Mirim, or Paraty, the arrival is by boat (we recommend reliable charters) and access can be either by Itanema or Calhaus. From the beach to the house, access is via a beautiful trail of approx. 10 min.

From the balcony, the view opens up to the sea of hills of Cunha and extends to the Serra da Mantiqueira, 100 km away.

Saco do Mamanguá Caiçara House Paraty-RJ

House facing the sea with 3 bedrooms and wooden deck over the water with trails that take about an hour to reach the waterfall and about two and a half hours to reach the top of Pão de Açúcar (in the cruise community). The house is complete with bed linen, bath towels, and pillows. The kitchen has all the utensils for cooking and serving. We recommend bringing breakfast and dinner for lunch there are several restaurants that are on our daily tour itineraries
