This typical Tuscan stone house is situated in Marciaso, a small medieval village in the Tuscan region of Lunigiana. If you are looking for nature, quiet and a fantastic view of the Apuan Alps right from your balcony, then this is the place for you. Das Haus liegt in Marciaso, einem kleinen mittelalterlichen Dorf in der toskanischen Lunigiana. Wer Natur, Stille und einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Apuanischen Alpen direkt vom eigenen Balkon geniessen moechte, ist hier genau richtig.

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Today, the old Ferretti farmhouse has been transformed into a cosy country holiday home. L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two self-contained apartments, is spread over two floors, has 4 bedrooms (5th optional), 2 bathrooms, and a separate entrance. It is ideal for families or groups, who want to stay little under the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large equipped garden.

Casa Fernando, charming loft in an open space, from floor to ceiling, on two levels, a short walk from the historic center of Bologna, a 15-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, and a 5-minute walk from the train station. In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

The house is located in a strategic point to reach the Gulf of La Spezia with its pearls Lerici and Portovenere and the nearby Cinque Terre. It is on one level with a large outdoor space dedicated to our guests equipped with an oven and barbecue for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. Its interior consists of a large living room with fireplace, sofa bed and large window, a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, a closet and a small but well-equipped kitchen.

This villa with a secret garden in the famous Monterosso al Mare was built to be enjoyed with families and friends. Hidden in the quiet area of Fegina, "La Rana" villa is a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the Cinque Terre, but with immediate access to everything this UNESCO World Heritage site has to offer. Cascinetta a short walk from the center, with free parking outside the property. Ground floor: garden, porch, equipped kitchen with very large living room/lounge/work area, bathroom. First floor: study, 1 double bedroom and a large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and double shower + 1 double bedroom, both with ceiling fans. Parquet and stone flooring, very well-kept furniture with contrasting elements between vintage and modern works by the owner artists.

Blue house

Charming, recently renovated two-room apartment located in the historic centre. Parking is available near the house (in the blue lines) with a daily permit at a cost of €7 per day. Alternatively, the Kennedy covered car park is a 10-minute walk away. The house is located within the historic centre but outside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL)
