Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Povljana

Ivančica welcomed us very warmly. The apartment was modern and clean, especially the bathroom was great :) As in the description, there was basic equipment in the kitchen and sufficient towels in the bathroom. Below the apartment there is another apartment that may be used. When we were there, no one was there. In this respect, we also had the outdoor area to ourselves, here you will find both a large dining table and a lounge corner to relax :) The surroundings are very scenic, you have both the mountains and the sea right on site. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet, except for the sheep you rarely hear anyone here :) We were able to relax well. But you definitely need a car to get to the place. We had our bachelor party with 10 men in Zadar and it was fantastic! The rented house with pool, sauna and hot tub was just perfect for our group. There were also some attractions in the area that were good for excursions. Especially in the evening we loved the lively old town – great atmosphere and really good clubs. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the house!

Great, very friendly hosts. We were offered fresh vegetables and honey. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. We even got the option to check in faster. The home is as described and as in the photos, very spacious, quiet neighborhood.

We had a lovely 13 days here. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautifully clean apartment. There was great communication with Mario. If we ever visit Pakostane again, we'd love to come back. Janica beach is 550 meters, which took 8-10 minutes with two small children. Beautiful lanes as well as the town centre. There was plenty to do even at the beginning of September. Thank you so much for making your vacation more enjoyable! We recommend it to everyone!

Our stay on Vir was wonderful! The location of the apartment is really fantastic, ideal if you want to spend your vacation quieter and a little more secluded. Dragica is a very caring hostess, we felt well taken care of.

My family & I stayed here (2 adults & 3 young children) and we loved the house! We were welcomed with fresh bread and cake, and it was very clean. Everything was just as described and pictured, the pool was lovely to relax around, and the large outdoor grill and sauna were fabulous to have. We really didn't want to leave! Josip is a fantastic host and was always very responsive to any questions, including helping us with groceries due to Easter closure and providing a travel cot on request. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to explore the Zadar & surrounding area, Old Town is a short drive away, and we also travelled to Plitvice Lakes which took around 2 hours. Overall an extremely pleasant stay; clean, spacious and excellent amenities. Thankyou!

Martin's place was really super nice. The location is great if you want to switch off for a while and still want to do something from time to time, such as the national park or a boat trip in Zadar. Martin is a very friendly and helpful host who warmly welcomes you with drinks and food. Highly recommended!

This place is a wonderful escape with amazing scenery. Gordana and her husband were incredible hosts and were extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. She even provided us with a welcome gift. The views off the property are stunning. Highly recommended if you're looking for an escape.

Yvan was particularly welcoming and attentive to ensure that our stay went smoothly with good advice. The accommodation is very convenient and comfortable for a family and the terrace is particularly nice! In the center of a very pretty small town, perfect for visiting the Khrka and Sibenik Park.

great host, very welcoming. the house is just perfect. Very clean feels home from the beginning. well equiped. Zvjezdana is the most generous host, she welcomed us with fresh fruits from the garden. All the essentials were complete and like new. More than the essential food items were provided in the kitchen including extra pasta, salt and pepper and other herbs. Great stay. Adriana welcomed us at check-in, always very sunny and nice! The house is very beautiful and new. Beautiful view from the terrace, mainly in the evening. Highly recommended.

We had a very nice stay. Vinko and his wife are very friendly and accommodating. The place looked exactly as shown in the pictures and was very clean and spacious. The surroundings are quiet, but offer everything your heart desires. We didn't have a car for the first few days, but we were able to reach everything, e.g. a small supermarket, restaurants and the harbor in about 15 minutes on foot. The beach is also very nice and well suited for swimming if you like a pebble beach. We can definitely recommend the place and would be happy to come back. ☺️

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

One night stay. Very good welcome. Spacious and very clean accommodation, well located, 2 terraces and air conditioning. Really good, I recommend it.

Upon arrival, everything worked great. Everything worked out in the furnishings and there were also accessories available for the ladies (wife and daughter) in addition to an iron and hairdryer. From the apartment, the old town was within easy walking distance and around the corner restaurants and a small supermarket. Vacation has been successful. Best regards, Wolfgang Fuchs

The garden is really very nice, with lots of fruit trees and a lot for the kids. The wooden house is very cosy. We felt very comfortable there and would have liked to stay longer.

We had a great stay at Sasa place, he was friendly and helpful. Nature is beautiful ! Cottage is very authentic and has basic equipment.

Cozy simple cottage with lots of privacy in a beautiful place. It's unfortunate that you hear the highway. You do need a car if you want to explore the area.

We spent 2 peaceful nights in this atypical place on the edge of the forest. Everything was perfect, the sleeping arrangements are comfortable, the sauna is nice, the shower is invigorating, and there are even all the utensils for cooking. Nataša and her daughter came to welcome us to explain how the accommodation works. Ivan gave us recommendations before we arrived. It was a pleasure!

Deniza's place was absolutely AMAZING! The location right on a beautiful little river just outside the National Park made you feel like a true part of everything that is so special about this wonderful area. Plitvice Lakes is just a quick ride down the road but you might not even make it there because it's so hard to leave this little bit of paradise. Great places serving amazing local food are everywhere close by. Listen to the river flowing right outside your window as you doze off after days full of adventure in the beautiful surroundings and a perfect dip in the incredible wood fired hot tub. I cannot say enough about how special this place is. Do yourself a favor and book a stay at Deniza's cabin, you will NOT regret it!

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this cozy, beautifully renovated house that perfectly complemented the stunning landscape. The views were breathtaking, and we only wished we could have stayed longer! The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making communication a breeze. The location was peaceful and private, with everything we needed provided in the house. Free parking was a great bonus. Highly recommend!
